If you don’t want to be photographed, tell our staff before the race. If you are recognisable in a published photo and want it removed, write to us and we will do so.

5. Who we share data with
We do not sell data. We share it only as far as needed to provide the service:

- accounting and IT service providers;
- marketing partners - only if you have given consent;
- public authorities, if required by law.
We have agreements with processors that oblige them to protect your data.
6. Where data is processed
We process data in the European Union and the European Economic Area. If a service provider processes data outside the EEA, we only allow this with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
7. Cookies and external services
The website only uses cookies necessary for it to work, for example to remember your chosen language. Fonts and some libraries (for example for the 3D track model) are loaded from external servers, so these providers may see your IP address. The 3D model only loads after you launch it. If we introduce analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will only use them with your consent.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive information about its processing;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- restrict processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in electronic format and transfer it to another controller;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia.
Send requests to info@kartinganams.lv or in person at Ūdens iela 23, Riga. To make sure data is released to the right person, we may ask you to confirm your identity. We will reply within one month.
9. Data security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect data: an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access restrictions and regular software updates. Only employees who need data for their work have access to it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with its effective date shown at the top.
